That change pulls the state's unemployment rate from 4.1% down to 4.0%.

Kentucky's manufacturing sector declined, decreasing by 500 positions from January to February this year. For example, IL has lost 300,000 manufacturing jobs since the turn of the century. This sector includes arts, entertainment, recreation, accommodation and food services.
