Burritt on the Mountain will host its "Baskets Full of Fun Jubilee", Saturday at 11 a.m. till 3 p.m. Children will be able to visit the Easter Bunny, build a log cabin, play a game of horseshoes and much more.
The event was inspired to "give back to the community during the 150th year anniversary celebration of Canada", he said.

"The Easter egg hunt is a great event for the AACC community", said Leslie Cook, who works in AACC's Student Engagement Office and organized the event.

With over 10 thousands eggs given out, some are still trying to master how they can get more next year. "It's very family friendly and there are lots of fun stuff to do", Heidi Kapusta, of Arvada said.
Saturday's Easter egg hunt at Kennedy Park was the third egg hunt that 6-year-old Rio Tipton has participated in this year, so he came prepared with a plan. Typically their Easter falls later than the mainstream Easter due to a different calendar, but for this year the dates line up. So she got to really take time and pick them up and do her own thing, "says Attendee Gwen Moldenhauer".

There are no traditional Easter egg hunts at Easter Eggstravaganza.
