There was also no report that he was ever in the league's concussion protocol.
"As you know", Bundchen said, "[football is] not the most, like, let's say "unaggressive" sport.
The Patriots' injury reports from 2016 and prior have since been analyzed, and Brady never has been listed with a concussion in his 17 years with the team. "That can not be healthy for you, right?" she continued. Bundchen said. "Football, like he had a concussion a year ago, I mean he has concussions pretty much every - you know, we don't talk about it but he does have concussions".
We have a feeling the Super Bowl victor got a call from the team owner shortly after this aired. While that might be appropriate overall because one can certainly make the argument Brady is the greatest player ever in the National Football League, that doesn't mean Arizona Cardinals fans wouldn't prefer a different player on the front.
"He doesn't feel achy, he just has so much more energy", Bundchen added.
In fact, Gisele Bundchen appeared to stop herself just short of revealing that her husband suffered head injuries "pretty much every" season. "I'm planning on having him be healthy and do a lot of fun things when we're like, 100 [years old], I hope", Bundchen said.
"I don't anticipate that we will be commenting [on Gisele's comments to CBS about Brady's experience with concussions]", a Patriots spokesman told FOX Business on Wednesday. He sat out the first four games last season while serving a suspension related to the Deflategate scandal. He started in 12 regular season games and three playoff games last season, including the Super Bowl win over the Atlanta Falcons.
As for the Patriots, they had no immediate comment, probably because they didn't see this one coming.
