Ronda Rousey officially becomes a WWE superstar

This may have been an attempt to keep the WWE fans from resenting her, according to the Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer.

The only issue I had with Rousey's segments was that Kurt Angle was once again made to look like he has no backbone, but I have no doubt that will be rectified, perhaps as soon as next week's "Raw". What started out as a hot angle with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon turning heel at SummerSlam 2013 soon became an annoyance, with them as the central focus of Raw each week.

While this won't be her first appearance on the show, it will be her first as a WWE employee. This led to Rousey slamming Triple H through a table and sending McMahon cowering towards the back. Should they be looking to book her as a monster heel instead?

As seen at Sunday's WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view event at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on the WWE Network, Roman Reigns beat Braun Strowman, Elias, John Cena, The Miz, Seth Rollins, and Finn Balor in the Elimination Chamber Match.

Whatever Rousey does next, you won't want to miss it.

As previously noted, promos are not Rousey's strong suit, at least not yet. The events took place after Angle claimed that Triple H and Stephanie were talking about how they will "own her" after she signs the contract and Stephanie called her a "Has-been" backstage. But before she left, McMahon got in a slap right across Rousey's face.

WWE finally began to drop hints as to who their newest Superstar, former UFC Champion Ronda Rousey, will be facing at WrestleMania 34. Visit his website, Next Era Wrestling, and "like" his official Facebook page to continue the conversation on all things wrestling.
