Easter is known for its many traditions, one of those being an Easter egg hunt.
Lake Arrowhead Village will host an Easter Egg hunt this Saturday, beginning at 12-noon. His son, 16-month-old Dashiell Maranville, was born with two congenital heart defects.

In just a few minutes, more than 41,000 Easter eggs were picked away, with nothing left behind but green grass, filled baskets and smiling faces.

Shortly after the meal, the participants filed off to the sidewalk just outside the Carrington Pavilion, where they lined up for the egg hunt.
Though not every child got a large prize, there were plenty of treats to go around thanks donors like Kwik Trip, who donated 200 donuts for attendees.
